Exactly what I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our entire kitchen and having a warming/proofing drawer was one of the things at the top of my list. This one looks great and works amazing for proofing breads and desserts!

Great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t going to love this warmer. I thought it was an expensive space holder. I was wrong. The warmer has kept food warm for a big dinner party, the slow cooker made an excellent beef stew and the proofer allowed me to create perfect dinner rolls from scratch. I can’t wait to try new dishes in it.

Great appliance with many features most drawers do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great appliance to have in the kitchen since I always have trouble timing everything so it is at service temp at one specific time. Have only used a few times so far but looking forward to using on slow cook and other features. Only downside is the ridiculous back order situation having to wait 3 months to get it! Don’t understand why they allow their brand to be damaged with their service issues.

Warming drawer and slow cooker in one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice large compartment for keeping food warm or for slow cooking! I like that it has many uses not just one.

Buyer beware, do not buy appliances at Lowes.

The return policy is 48 hours. I tried to exchange the unopened appliance after that window and was told they would not do it. Now stuck with the wrong size unopened appliance. i will not buy another item from Lowes again.

Disappointing.

This warming drawer came with a defective gliding hinges. It is also very flimsy stainless steel compared to my old warming drawer. Perhaps this is how all appliances are now.

Continued eMails are a nuisance - please stop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My appliances work very well - wall oven, microwave, and warming drawer. However, I continue to receive emails from Kitchen Aid. I have unsubscribed several times and the eMails continue to come - at least on a daily basis - sometimes more. I would be even happier with Kitchen Aid if the eMails would stop.

Warmning Drawer

We love our new warming drawer especially the proofing part. We are big bread makers. We replaced our old warming drawer when purchasing a new wall oven, microwave combination. We do have only one small item that we can't figure out. We can't figure the proofing temp and maybe how to raise it. It seems to be only 75 degrees, as per our thermometer, and it needs to be 80-85 degrees. There is no help in the manuals or online.

Downgrade from old model

I bought the newest 30in KitchenAid warming drawer to replace a 15 yr old KitchenAid model that had the thermostat go out (a discontinued part). This one is a downgrade in almost every way. Although the external size is the same as my old one the actual warming drawer space inside the drawer is noticeably smaller, the construction/materials feel cheaper/flimsier, and it has fewer controls. We’ll see if it lasts.

Very Happy

I reduced by 1-star because it could be taller inside--the Thermador it replaced was about 1 in. taller. That makes a difference with some casseroles if you want to use the lid. I slow cooked a pot roast recipe and it came out great. I like that you have to depress the dial before you can turn the it now that we have a new grandchild. Both of these are features my old warming drawer did not have. ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has taken us quite a while to get our Warming Drawer connected. We were not aware it required special cabinet. I am anxious to start using it. I wonder if you furnish any cook- books for owners. I have an idea how I will use it but to get the full value and experience of the appliance I could use some help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During my home purchase negotiations, I requested a warming drawer because it is something that I use all the time. This specific item also slow cooks! Love it! The only issue I have had is getting the sticker off of the face of the drawer.

Unknown loose wires cost me time and money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new warming drawer. It didn’t heat. I called kitchenaid several times, but wasn’t able to get thru. I ended up paying for a repair. Turned out a loose wire was the problem.
