[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our entire kitchen and having a warming/proofing drawer was one of the things at the top of my list. This one looks great and works amazing for proofing breads and desserts!

Great appliance with many features most drawers do
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great appliance to have in the kitchen since I always have trouble timing everything so it is at service temp at one specific time. Have only used a few times so far but looking forward to using on slow cook and other features. Only downside is the ridiculous back order situation having to wait 3 months to get it! Don’t understand why they allow their brand to be damaged with their service issues.

Great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t going to love this warmer. I thought it was an expensive space holder. I was wrong. The warmer has kept food warm for a big dinner party, the slow cooker made an excellent beef stew and the proofer allowed me to create perfect dinner rolls from scratch. I can’t wait to try new dishes in it.

Spacious but needs something extra
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The warming drawer itself seems to be a little flimsy, the metal seems kind of thin. It does however work just fine but i'm not sure how much weight the draw can really handle without warping. The metal racks that come with it just loosely sit in the drawer, with no specific fittings so it's not clear what their purpose is, given how shallow the drawer is. It heats up just fine though, and is great for my purposes, although it would have bee...

Very Happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far very happy with this new warming drawer. I reduced by 1-star because it could be taller inside--the Thermador it replaced was about 1 in. taller. That makes a difference with some casseroles if you want to use the lid. I slow cooked a pot roast recipe and it came out great. I like that you have to depress the dial before you can turn the it now that we have a new grandchild. Both of these are features my old warming drawer did not have. ...

Follow up to previous review
My previous review described a drawer being misaligned. As was its replacement. Kitchenaid, in their reply, suggested I contact them via Facebook or Twitter. Neither of which I have, subscribe to, participate in, or whatever the appropriate term is. I wonder is this is simply an automated reply as I see the same suggestion after other less than stellar reviews. An actual mailing address or even email address would be far more effective and would actually provide a method to contact them if I tho...

Warmning Drawer
We love our new warming drawer especially the proofing part. We are big bread makers. We replaced our old warming drawer when purchasing a new wall oven, microwave combination. We do have only one small item that we can't figure out. We can't figure the proofing temp and maybe how to raise it. It seems to be only 75 degrees, as per our thermometer, and it needs to be 80-85 degrees. There is no help in the manuals or online.

Buyer beware, do not buy appliances at Lowes.
The return policy is 48 hours. I tried to exchange the unopened appliance after that window and was told they would not do it. Now stuck with the wrong size unopened appliance. i will not buy another item from Lowes again.

Continued eMails are a nuisance - please stop!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My appliances work very well - wall oven, microwave, and warming drawer. However, I continue to receive emails from Kitchen Aid. I have unsubscribed several times and the eMails continue to come - at least on a daily basis - sometimes more. I would be even happier with Kitchen Aid if the eMails would stop.

Downgraded from last one
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) 20 years ago I purchased this model of warming drawer and it was great. The new one did not come with the warming pans/containers and it does not have an off/on switch. It has a rotating dial to turn on. Each time the temp setting has to be set on the rotating dial. Never the same twice. It also has a bright white light below the dial which blinds me when I try and see what setting has been reached especially in the early morning when it's dark...
