Nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older KitchenAid dishwasher with this new one. It seems to clean well but the cycles are much longer compared to the 12 year old machine I had before. The third rack is a nice idea.

Works Great but Holds Less

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is doing an excellent job of washing dishes but for all the hype over the 3 racks, the jet system has compromised the capacity and ease of loading. Our old Kenmore was only two racks but was easier to load and seems like it held more. We are hand washing more items due to lack of space and lack of rack accommodation for dish geometry except for flat plates! Wiring with armored cable was difficult because of the weird box attach...

Very nice dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Way better than my last one as far as noise level. You can hardly heat this one unless you are right next to it. All of the dishes come out very clean. So far I am very happy with it.

So quiet I don't know its running!

So when shopping for a new one, no need to look any farther than a new Kitchenaid . I have had it for about 2 months now and pleased with my purchase . Plenty of room, love the 3rd shelf, so quiet. Thank you Kitchenaid.

Best investment

It is quiet, runs efficiently, and did not think I would get much use out of the third rack but I use it everyday for knives, smaller bowls,etc. So far very satified.

Good, but has some flaws

It works well, most of the time everything is very clean, however I was told by the place I bought it to definitely wash my dishes off before loading (not told before purchase, but after). For comparison, the last new dishwasher was a Bosch & the customer service person said definitely don't pre-wash, "that's what the dishwasher is for" & I never had to. Favorite Dishwasher ever

Easy to load and good features

Checked out all of competition brands and this kitchenaid had everything and more than other big name brands and a better price. However not happy with installation. Only complaint about dishwasher, is the door opens up very low to load the bottom but will probably get use to it. Dont need my phone to access the features! Happy with it so far.

Worst dishwasher I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret this purchase. The dishwasher cleans less well than others I've owned. I have to pre-wash by hand or re-wash more pieces than normal. It also leaves plastics REALLY wet. Even with the "pro dry" feature. The bottom drawer does not roll out smoothly. The only positive is that it's really quiet - probably cause it isn't doing anything!

Quiet machine

The machine is very quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning our dishes. The third rack is definitely an improvement over our older model. Does the job - quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace our 20 year old KitchenAid and decided on this one, and so far it's everything promised: cleans well and doesn't make nearly as much noise as our original machine (it backs the master bedroom wall and we can hardly hear it run through the cycles, even at night). We made the right decision, and you can, too!

Very good dishwasher

First KitchenAid

I did a ton of research comparing different brands and models and came to the conclusion that KitchenAid dishwashers got the best reviews. So far it has got the job done and the main thing is that the wife is happy.

Very quiet and excellently cleans tough stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used a dishwasher in a while, decided to replace mine and so glad I chose this model. The "tough" mode is great! I put in a glass pyrex dish that I have had for over 20 years and was discolored from being used. After one cycle in it came out like it was brand new, even my old dishwasher never got it that clean! Even my pots and pans look better.
