Dangerous handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this microwave. Great capacity & features. Beware of the handle. Heats up to unsafe temperatures when using the burners on the stove. Fan kicks on but does nothing to cool handle. Very dangerous! Very very poor design, unsafe.

Wonderful microwave

Great appliance but poorly designed handle

The appliance itself is easy to use and performs perfectly. However there is one design flaw. The handle that opens and closes the door is attached to the door with plastic parts. Great microwave. Not so great task lighting.

Great functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great OTR microwave. Love the 4 fan settings and that the fans turns on automatically when it senses heat/steam from the cooktop below. Also appreciate that the fan turns off after several hours preventing it from burning out. Melt/soften function works like a dream; way better than previous brand OTR's I've owned in the past.
