Pretty but not that great
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product seems very cheaply made compared to the Kitchenaid toaster we are replacing. The old one is 17 years old. I'll be surprised if this one lasts 17 months. It doesn't toast evenly--one side of the bread is darker. I will likely return it.

Didnt last as long as I hoped.
This was a great toaster for a while. Then the cheap plastic lever broke, replacements are available but it will break again. Then sitting at about 4 years of service, it doesnt get very hot anymore. Toaster waffles take 7+minutes to get a slight tan on.

A reliable product
