Would Not RecommendI’ve been using it for a month now and it’s just ok!’ It’s honestly pretty disappointing for the price. It always tends to burn one side of the bread. Not too happy with it!

Doesn't toast well
Would Not RecommendBought to match other appliances. It only toasts about 3/4 of each bread slice regardless of bread thickness. To get a full toasted slice I must toast twice. Toast once then flip bread upside down and toast again. It doesn't matter if I toast 1 slice or 2. I would not buy again.

Not the best, but ok
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this a month. I will keep it for now. I was disappointed that it doesn't toast evening on both sides. One side is always darker than the other and I always double check to make sure the bagel button is off. Other than that it is very sturdy and easy to clean. Looks great in my kitchen.

Great, except the sound

One downside is that it makes a high-pitched beep when done toasting and there doesn't seem to be a way to turn off the sound. We live in a small space with bedrooms next to the open kitchen. The toaster has served as an unwanted alarm clock when one person gets up earlier than the others: BEEEEEEEP! New & Improved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our second Kitchenaid toaster in the past 21-years. Quite pleased with the toasters overall, but disappointed in the plastic handle on the crumb trays. We had two plastic handles separate (cook) from the metal crumb trays on the original unit and the current unit still has the same arrangement. The "lift" feature and "cancel" button are great improvements and continuing the "Empire Red" option.
