Havent installed it yet but like the appearance

Difficult to Install

The quality of the light seems nice and it looks as displayed in the picture. Installation is difficult and the instructions are confusing in one place and completely wrong in another. In Step 5 it clearly shows the downward (long) screws going through the grooves and the upward (short) screws through the holes. This is backwards. The short screws need to go through the grooves and the long screws need to go downward through the center set of 3 holes. The wiring instructions in step 6 are hard t...

Garbage

Do not buy this. Will not hang properly. Machine screws are too long to hold the ceiling plate; you'll have to buy other ones unless your box has enough forgiveness to lag the screw. Will hang crooked and lopsided no matter how you do the links. Will not work in outlet boxes older than a couple years; you'll have to rip into your ceiling and install new for it to fit. If not new construction, don't bother.

Beautiful, but a nightmare to install.

Let me preface this by saying: My husband has 30 years experience in the construction industry, and he could not get the links apart without using a vice grip. We tried wrapping the links in a towel to prevent damage, but in the end they got all warped and scratched in the bending process. Unfortunately, we unknowingly bought a box that had been returned and was missing pieces, but that’s Lowe’s fault, not the box. missing parts

ordered online for curbside pickup. the lady who brought it out was not happy about it. she tossed it in the back of the truck. I hired an electrician to come out and install the light. after he started he quickly realized it was a return and missing multiple pieces. I now have to return the light and hopefully find another replacement and then pay the electrician to return on another date to finish the installation. Pretty after awkward install

Pretty light fixture. Kind of a pain to put up. The directions tell you to run the support bolts all the way down in the bracket only to later tell you (after the light is up in the air & won’t go any higher) that you may need to back them out some.

Quality is hit or miss. Check box before buying

Check the box before you buy! First one delivered was broken. Second one was missing the chains. It’s incredibly hard to get the chain links right when installing. That being said, it is a great design. Just add another hour to your estimated install time.
