Great Coffee Maker, However!!

Just bought my K-Cafe Smart coffee maker. I have no issues with the coffee maker. It has everything I wanted. However, little to no instructions, which is not a big deal just surprised, my problem is that it does NOT include the reusable K-cup.. I paid top dollar for this machine and I get nickeled-and-dimed??

Reusable filter pod

So I bought this and followed the directions enclosed and this did not work - was going to return the reusable filter pod. Went to this site and read some reviews, with several raving about the instructional video. After watching the video, I now see what the instructions did not clearly state! So I'll try this pod with my next cup of K-Slim coffee!

DOES NOTWORK 4 K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker

The K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker product page states that the "Keurig Reusable Coffee Filter" option is the one that works in the K-Express Single Service Coffee Maker, but it's too large to fit, and the mesh netting/filter gets run through by the spike in the coffee pod holder.

Foul coffee

These fit my Keurig 2.0 fine and work fine; however if I don't remove and thoroughly clean the silicone plug after each use, the coffee tastes like gas station coffee. If I do remove and thoroughly clean it, the coffee is still foul, just not as foul. I retrieved my old refillable pods from the rv and put these on the shelf for when I have no other option. I hate them enough that I'm liable to return to pour-over and scrap the keurig instead of using these again.

Fragile Do No Drop It and Lock Markings Wash Off

Love it until I knocked it off the counter and it landed on vinyl wood floor. The edges on the lid broke off. Aldo the margins for Lock/Un-lock washed off with just rinsing under water lite cloth drying.

Reusable filter for the K Cafe

I've noticed the reusable filters I've used for years won't work in my K Cafe. Will this work in the K Cafe model

Not the easiest to use

I bought a Keurig 2.0 back in 2015. Bought a universal filter and removed the bottom needle and used filter for years. Just fill the basket and put the lid on. Simple. It had a catch tray that directed the coffee so it wouldn't go all over the place. Well, the old machine died yesterday so I bought a new machine and filter. Not Universal

I have a K slim and this cup does not fit in it. Every description on this thing says it fits every Keurig coffee maker, this thing doesn't come close to working in the slim models. Not very Universal of an item, the least you could do is list what makers it fits in instead of saying it fits in them all when it does not.

Will Not Give Main Menu

When used with Keurig 2.0 brewer, it will no longer give the Main Menu, like the original My K-Cup did. I called Support, and was told this functionality was designed out. New, NOT improved!

Doesn't work on all keurigs

This doesn't work on the Keurig K-Classic!! I bought it because the box said it works on all Keurig home brewers, but our machine has no removable pod holder. I'm returning it because it doesn't work on our machine.

Love My K-Cup Supreme Plus - but directions???

I returned the single cup Keurig and got this one. Really like it but Keurig needs to rewrite the directions for the reusable coofee pod. Garbage!

Doesn’t fit snug, so water splashes all over the place. Weak coffee and is completely unusable when filled to the Max Fill Line. Tried it with less grounds and coffee was horribly weak. Who designed this thing?

Causes Splashing

I have had the reusable filters for about a year. When brewing, the coffee does not enter the cup in a single stream, but several small streams toward the perimeter of the cup causing splashing onto the counter. The mesh also has bits embedded and hard to remove. I expected a longer life than a year based on the high cost of these filters. Very disappointed as I enjoy grinding and brewing my own beans. HOW DO YOU INSERT AND REMOVE THE WHOLE ASsEMBLEY FOR CLEANING? ALSO, YOU DON'T SHOW PUTTING THE ADAPTER INTO THE MAKER. I DID AND CAN'T REMOVE IT, WHY?

Does not fit K-Cafe Smart

Claims to be a universal for all Keurig, not true. Very disappointed unfortunately my old Keurig would not work so I purchased the K Cafe and wanted a reusable pod. I ordered what they have on have on this site and it won't fit. Don't buy one.

Best universal reusable coffee filter!

I always used a universal coffee filter, however, this version is the best, it locks beautifully, the previous model I had didn’t but did the job. I know most like the disposable cups, but this gives me the option of making a cup of coffee with the coffee beans of my choice. Thank you Keurig for the universal reusable filter!

Poor design

I bought this product approximately one month ago and have used it approximately three times since then, with the most recent being over this past weekend. While using it this weekend, I noticed that the needle in my Keurig machine was missing. I have been unable to find it after that, and this was the only product that I have used. I would not recommend this product as it broke my machine.

A little disappointed

Just got ours. Tried it out and apparently the seal on top leaks. Water flows over the top and down the sides so some water goes through the coffee and some does not. Makes a mess. Installation is pretty straight forward. Only goes together one way. Would rate 5 stars if it didn't leak.
