Ratings & Reviews for Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Filter MultiStream Technology - Gray (Packaging May Vary)
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the filter for enabling ground coffee use and significant cost savings versus disposable pods, with many highlighting customizable brew strength and fresher taste. However, substantial frustration exists over incompatibility with popular models despite universal fit claims, and many report design flaws including grounds leaking into cups and water overflow. Some find it easy to clean and durable, though others note the redesign requires disassembling multiple pieces. Overall, most value the savings and customization, but compatibility issues and brewing problems deter many from recommending it.

Would RecommendLove it! The coffee filter enables me to drink different coffee brands & not be limited to only k-pod coffee brands. Note: I have the Keurig K-Elite Coffee Maker.

Replacement Filter
Would Not RecommendMy original filter finally broke after a few years, so had to replace it. Three pieces? I prefer the original filter & lid. The 'new' holder collects coffee and drips everywhere.

Love this little feature! Works like a charm!
Would RecommendMy Keurig coffee maker came with this accessory, and I can’t say enough good things about it. For those who grind their own coffee and use special blends, this is a godsend if you just want a quick cup of your own coffee. Additionally, it’s easy to use and easy to clean up. Kudos to the people who invented it and brought it to market ☺️

Watch Just a Dad
Would RecommendAt first I thought I bought the wrong reusable filter. But I read the product details again… yep, it said it worked for ALL keurigs. I couldn’t figure out how to get the filter to fit in the keurig I have (K Cafe Smart). I went to YouTube. Just a Dad has a video that explains how to use the filter in that machine called “How to Use Reusable K-Cup Filter in Keurig C-Cafe Smart Coffee Maker”. Thanks, Just a Dad!

Paper Filters
I’ve had this for a couple weeks now and my biggest issue is there is no paper filter to go inside of ease of cleaning. I shouldn’t have to band the heck out of it on the side of a trash can just to get the grounds out. Also, so I don’t have those annoying grounds at the bottom of my cup. 99% of the time I only have 1-2 cups a day so this is easy but I enjoy using my own grounds I just want a product I can trust to do the job without so much hassle to make an extra cup. Oh and this app is hor...

Great Idea But Needs Improvement
Would Not RecommendFor my K-Supreme brewer, have a dozen of these for making two Decaf coffee brews but design allows lots of water to bypass, making weak coffee. Work-around is to place a 1-gallon jug of water on top of machine front while brewing to help make good hot water seal. Same problem on 2nd K-Supreme brewer! Regular K-cup holder elevates top of K-cup much higher than My K-Cup reusable pods, making tighter seal for on top of pod and more water through it (evident by single straight stream of brewed co...

You Need To Remove The Grey Handle To Use
Would RecommendWe had to call the help line to get it to fit. Remove the K-cup holder from the machine and the grey handle/bottom of the reusable filter. Insert the filled reusable filter into the machine so the word 'Keurig' if facing you. What confused us was the reusable filter doesn't snap in or fit tight. It has room to move around which we weren't expecting. As long as the cover snaps down into place to brew the coffee, it will work.

Not compatible
Would Not RecommendSays on the box and all over the product description, that it is compatible with all Keurigs. This is not true. It will not work on the Duo. It’s way too tall so it can not close.

Zero Instrustions
Would Not RecommendCan't install it cause there are no directions, as someone who's new to this machine it makes me want to return the whole thing. the metal mesh is broken and the fact that i have to modify the machine and there is no specifications on what to do it's ridiculous.

Does not fit
Despite this being universal....it is not. I have been looking everywhere to find a reusable filter that would fit the Keurig machine at work, we use the K155 OfficePRO model. This filter is too big and does not fit. I was really looking forward to it working out since this a Keurig product....why would it not fit another Keurig? Before buying this, I would research to make sure it will fit your machine. Is there a different reusable filter that is compatible with the K155?

Not universal
Would Not RecommendI bought this under the assumption that it is universal fit to all keurig machines. Found out that it does not fit the K3500 in my office in any position or with/without the attachments

Extra water & grounds leaks through filter holes!
Would Not RecommendWe purchased a new Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker (love it!) and this My K-Cup filter (do NOT love it). No matter how carefully we close & tighten it, the filter is leaking water & grounds into the coffee cup, ruining the coffee. We are NOT overfilling the My K-Cup. We had the former design My K-Cup and used if for years with our prior Keurig machine but this new version My K-Cup is definitely defective --we cannot use it. Keurig team...please help!

Switching between K-cup and K-pods is a hassle!
Would Not RecommendHaving to remove the liner when you want to use the K-cup is inconvenient, to say the least. Some in our home use the K-pods, and some use their own coffee, so we are always having to switch! For the older folks it gets a little confusing!
