Not impressed

I was not impressed. It wasn’t a sturdy machine. It wobbled a little on my counter. The older classic was much better.

Leaking coffee maker

Would Not Recommend

Convenient. Biggest issue, after every cup, water left on the counter underneath maker. Can't figure out why. Called Keurig, hard to understand the service persons English. Was supposed to get a call back and haven't yet 3 days after complaint.

I love my new Keurig! My other Keurig lasted for 30 years with everyday usage. It’s so easy to setup and use. Brews great coffee and has a function for a thermal travel coffee mug. The price was a really great value. It arrived ahead of schedule. You can also get great kcup prices by ordering monthly. ❤️
