It was a little difficult to find model and serial numbers. I found out you have to take out the fresh water clear plastic tank, then look at the base of that tank. It was alittle difficult to remove foam paper.

Nifty Spot Cleaner
Light weight, and easy to set up and put away. It even has a self cleaning mechanism. The hot water option doesn’t really work. I think it's over priced.

Works well. What is strange about the dirty water tank is the take itself is very large, but the max fill line is maybe have of the capacity of the tank. Other than that, I’m please with the performance.
