This is my second cleaner because the first ones water canister just split apart into many pieces. It took over two months to get a replacement because it was less than a year old and was covered under warranty. When I was able to use the product, it seemed good but the time it took to replace it was awful.

But... there are no replacement attatchment tools available for separate purchase. If one of the Tough Stain Tool, or the Wide Oath Tool gets lost or gets broken... Oops for you!! We ended up buying a whole new carpet cleaner just to get the wand tools we lost.
