Would Not RecommendThis is the first time I used a basket strainer of this type (3 set screws vs large screw ring). I was coping with what was existing and will not use this style again unless forced. It is adequate but not as flexible as the ring type. The 3 screws drop down low and get in the way of the wrench when you are tightening the tail piece to basket strainer.

Would RecommendFirst time trying this style of strainer. So far I like it as it was easier to install then the more common large threaded ring.
