Great Clamp Set
Would RecommendI actually had a few different sizes of these Jorgensen clamps before I picked up this set, I just wanted to get a few more. They're easy to use and dependable, great grip, even a nice weight to them. My wife even likes using them when she needs to use a clamp occasionally. If you need a quick "starter" type of set, this is the one I recommend to friends.

Great improvement over my old squeeze clamps!
Would RecommendI have used squeeze clamps for a long time and the 30 yr. old clamps I have are still functional but these are so much better. The Jorgensens stay in place better until you want to release them and then are easier to release. The two added features really up the value of these clamps. 1. They can be changed to spread. 2. Excellent, multi-functional, easy to clamp
Would RecommendHave Irwin clamps and wanted same. But Lowes now has Jorgensen. Sigh. Had to take those. Boy am i glad i did! They are awesome!!! You can clamp together and apart, and you can combine 2 to make a longer one (as long as they have the same lb-rating! Now i want to replace my old clamps all with Jorgensen!

EZ slip will not clamp
Would Not RecommendOnly used a couple times before they failed. Good ideas - extendable and reversible but clutch plates bend easily so the clamp does not hold. Called the company and they offered replacement under “lifetime warranty” but 2 months later and no clamps. They admitted problems with “early production” . They find my reviews unacceptable as all reviews on their website are five star.
