Easy to empty
It was a little difficult to install but seems to be working well.

Fits well, assembly is a breeze.
Maybe it's because the tractor needed more power, but it didn't pick up 1/4 of grass. This is even with lifter blades.

Check all parts asap, don't accept damaged box.
This is the second JD bagger I bought from Lowe's. The first one lasted 5 years collecting 2 acres of grass and leaves. The new one came in a repackaged Lowe's box (I have photos) and was missing a chute part. I had to reuse old chute to make it work.

Poor Design
Grass blows out all over you from the front edge of the hopper top and even more from the the opening where the grass shoot goes into the hopper top.. I've tried everything to attempt to seal those areas. The only thing that worked long enough to cut my 1/3 acre lot was gorilla tape. John Deere needs to send the back to the engineers. My old craftsman bagger sealed up by putting 1/4" foam HVAC tape around the edges and lasted for years.

Does not fit properly Grass clippings blow out
Also purchased the John Deere 100 Series 2 Bagger for 48 -in Deck Size two weeks ago. Followed instructions and used for first time with grass clippings blowing out of the edges onto the mower deck and my foot. See similar problems mentioned in the other reviews. There is a defect and either John Deere or Lowes needs to come up with a fix. After looking at YouTube videos, it looks like John Deere eliminated the protruding mental flange that the rear clamp/rubber piece attaches to and the sugge...
