Would RecommendThe 2000 plus Jackery, does the job. No complaints from me. However, I would say before buying a Jackery 3000, compare the specs and Features with the 2000 plus. You may pay more for the 3000, without much extra benefits , compared to the 2000 plus. The comparison chart shows extra features with the 2000 plus that the 3000 plus does not have. Only extra benefit with the 3000; is only 5% extra power! Not worth the extra cost for my needs. Regardless, you’ll be happy with either one!

Would RecommendEasy setup and operations. A little long in charging using just the solar application; however, charging time not an issue for my purposes with the unit being used for power failures during night time only.

fortunately we have not had an occasion to use the generator as an emergency appliance. However the ease of set up is fine and the charge up time was less than 2 hours starting at 29% I order the add on battery to extend the time. So far we are very pleased!

Review on process/Lowes but possibly the vendor as well since Lowe's claims vendor issue. I chose THIS product because of the expected delivery date.
