Would Not RecommendWhile the finished chair looks good, the component parts were poorly engineered, pre-drilled screw holes were not in the right places, and some pieces didn't fit together without some adjustments. In addition, when I contacted their customer service department, the initial response was okay, but subsequent attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. I bought two chairs, and at present I am left with one that I can't assemble and no prospects of rectifying the situation.

I Really Want These Rockers
Would Not RecommendAfter waiting to get it delivered, all of the hardware did not come and the holes would not match up and they had to be returned. I have re-ordered and hopefully they will be better. This will be the third time I’ve ordered the same chairs because Lowe’s would not put them together when I ordered the second time and the first time they said they would put them together for a small fee and then I waited and waited and then they said oh they were seasonal. You really need to do better.

Would RecommendVery sturdy and good-looking. Pairs well with the matching side tables. Assembly was a bit tricky and definitely a 2-person job. Getting some of the slots to line up was a chore and would have been easier if the ends were chamfered.

Would RecommendJust put it together...but it seems sturdy and is heavy. Hoping the wind will not knock it over and into the pool. It advertised as oversize but I would say it is average and a little short. But overall I like it.

These chairs are not oversized by any means, narrow seat and low to the ground. It would be great for a hobbit though! The material would have been great for our outdoor space but it seemed a little flimsy and one of the boxes didn’t come with hardware.
