Would Not RecommendI ordered this item, which Lowe’s delivered through a third-party vendor. Even after I spoke with the delivery driver and gave exact instructions on where to drop it off, they ignored the directions and left the package at a door that isn’t accessible — and the package was stolen. Lowe’s did nothing to resolve the issue and simply told me to refuse payment through my bank. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced, and I will never purchase from Lowe’s again.
