Hot water dispenser

Instant hot water for coffee. Had one when bought home, but it broke down after a few yrs. Missed it!

convenient hot water

Nice product, fairly easy to connect, although I was replacing an old one (over 20 years) so base plumbing connections were in place. Had to run back for parts needed to connect to that old copper. First unit I had leaked from bottom of faucet, but second unit was fine and is working well. So convenient to have instant hot water!

Everybody should have one

I have put one of these in to every house I have owned. For tea, sterilizing and putting away knives and cutting boards, starting a pan of macaroni, degreasing, etc. Much water is saved, especially if your hot water heater is far from the spigot. They used to have a metal tank with a seam at the bottom that would leak after 3-5 years, but they have changed the tank and I've had no problems since. Probably a great investment if you live in a trailer/motorhome. Love it!!!

Hot Water dispenser

This is a replacement from the last identical item, I built my home in 2006, this is the second replacement. I guess 8 years is their life. I am stuck replacing due to the hole in the granite. I love the product just wish it would last longer.

Great to have but limited life and safety concern.

Love having the instant hot water at sink for press pot coffee or tea. First one lasted 5 years when something internal want wrong and started tripping GFI plug. Replacement was easy. New unit has ability to boil water which cause steam to spit out faucet and is a safety issue. Cannot adjust setting to generate water above 180 F without it overheating and releasing steam in kitchen. Steam is released without touching faucet lever.

The finish is lack luster.

The lag time is poor.

I just have my granite or countertop sub drill an extra hole for it, and it's super easy to install. The water is really hot and I love using it for an afternoon tea or even instant coffee.

Easy to access with your hands full

Absolutely enjoy this hot water dispenser. The handle is so convenient. This is a far superior dispenser than the previous one that had a button.

Easy to use dispenser

Never again do you need to wait for your water to heat up or use extra products. Easy to use and very simple to install, no special skills needed. I have been using daily for my coffee and its made my life so much more simple. Very innovative, seems to be made from great quality as well

Surprisingly Useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll admit that when I installed this Hot Water dispenser, I didn't really have an idea how much I would use it. I like the occasional cup of tea and bowl of oatmeal, so, I expected to use it once a week. The thing with convenience is that the more simple you make a thing, the more likely you are to make it a habit. I went from having a cup of tea before bed once a week to nearly every night. Not having to boil water on the stove made grabbi...

Great for my bar area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this for work! I put this in the kitchen at work and I love it for quick oatmeal, instant soups, hot chocolate, tea...anything really. I don't really like to microwave things that much and this is so much faster anyway. It's perfect for the break room. We all use it now!
