Love that I can take out the sink collar and wash it! no more gross,slimy collars.

Awesome!

This replaced a 20+ year old garbage disposal of the same brand. For as long as we had the old one was always loud. But this one is so quiet that you can barely hear it running! It was easy to install too. Wish I would have known how quiet my kitchen would become I would have replaced the old one years ago!! Definitely would recommend this disposal.

This product is Great

This insinkerator product by Emerson is a very good buy. The price is a bit high but well worth it. It was relatively easy to install. And really does the job well.it is actually quite quiet as well. If you are looking for a good quality product that you can count on for your disposal needs this is the one!

Good install, great product

There is a new model out and now and I expect it to fair as well if not better than this one. But that'll be hard to top. Really quiet and efficient. Installation instructions were good - it helps if you have a basic understanding of how it is supposed to work. Very good product.

Quiet easy to install runs smooth

This was fairly easy to install could have used a few better visual Instructions to make it a little clearer. Runs smooth and very quiet. I can hardly tell it is runnin.

unit is very quiet, works efficiently

Installation is difficult for a single person due to weight of unit. Instructions could be more explicit, the illustrations larger. The unit works well, is remarkably quiet.

Unit is so quiet even grinding chicken bones that I have to lean close to make sure its working, love it!!!!

My plumber put it in so I cannot speak to ease of install. What matters to me is it works well and very quiet.

Disposer works very well. It is extremely quiet. Maybe the only negative is that the rubber drain opening is a little small, and food tends to get hung up by it. Our previous insinkerator disposal had a larger opening.

needed a new garbage disposal and read the hype on these. its so quiet that you question its even chopping up anything...but it does!

Easy install and very quiet in operation

Install took about an hour including removal of the old disposal. Instructions were very easy to follow. Disposal is extremely quiet.

Good Value and quiet for the $$

Not the top of the line model but I needed t balance cost against noise level. This one was one of the quieter models in it's price range. Has worked as expected and installation was very straightforward. Design is slightly more compact than the one I replaced so theses a little more room under the sink.

This product seems well built

I purchased this product several years ago to install when we remodeled our kitchen. Well that time has finally came and it is in and working just as we had expected it to. Our old on was the same brand and had self destructed about a year ago. No complaints though as it had a long life. If this new one lasts as long as the old one we will be very happy.

Pretty sweet...

We had a basic model Insinkerator disposal that locked up on us after almost 6 years, so I wanted to get something a little better. I knew that another Insinkerator would install quickly, and boy was I right! I had the new one wired up and installed in less than 10 minutes. My wife was super happy, and it's so quiet that she didn't believe that it was on. Super impressed so far.

I have purchased disposal before but none as quite as this one. I would recommend this item to others.
