Motor burnt up

Bought in Feb 2024. It worked great until the motor burnt up today. I'm going to call the service techs tomorrow. I will change my rating if I get good customer service.

Product was great. It was the installation that is terrible, via Angi. They cancelled via email 20 minutes before set arrival time. Twice on 2 different products. And dealing with Angi is dealing with overseas. Terrible service. Lowe’s should not be associated with them.

It’s great and so quiet

Works great, just not as quiet as expected.

It is powerful but not as quiet as I had expected. I installed one of these a few years ago in another house and you could barely hear it run. This one has a vibration as if it is out of balance. It is mounted under a fireclay sink so it's not producing the amplified sound that comes with a think stainless sink, but just not as quiet as expected.

there is nothing not to like about this product. it is powerful, quiet and as described on the website. it fits perfectly and comes with a generous guarantee. Installation through the store services was flawless.

A necessary purchase

I purchased this product to replace a garbage disposal that had quit working. I was told this product was a quick and easy replacement for the same brand I have used for years. The garbage disposal works fine. I am very disappointed with Lowes and In-Sink-Erator for what I purchased and was not informed of the changes. I was told you can direct wire this product but the person at Lowes did not tell me you need a special connector to do that. They also did not tell they do not carry that pro...

Super quiet motor

How easy the install is.

Works nice, quiet.

It's quiet and was easy to install. Having to buy a power cord for them, not so nice. A good way to squeeze an extra 20 out of you.

What, no power cord??

The product works as advertised, and was easy to install. While I could have used the mount from my old InSinkErator, I wanted the new ring on the top side…so I started from scratch. Given the price, I’m disappointed that it did not come with a power cord ($20 extra). Hopefully it will last for the full 8 year warranty period…and beyond.

The advertisement on the box is TRUE.

The sink disposal is very quiet, strong and efficient. The contracted installers were very well qualified and just good guys all the way round.

Easy Install

I was replacing a 10 year old Insinkerator and the install was very easy. The 35SS was a little noisier than the same size model (discontinued) I replaced, slight disappointment, but I’ll get used to it and it definitely has the power to get the job done!
