Would Not RecommendWe got a wonderful new sink in our remodel except for the baffle! We had a plumber come out thinking it was something with our insinkerator disposal but it was fine. Then I emailed Kohler thinking the baffle was from them and requested a new one. They said it was from insinkerator. I’ve had many sinks with insinkerator disposals and never this kind of problem. The water pools so much we have to stop cleaning dishes and use a fork or something to open it up to get food down into disposal so water...

Would RecommendThis improved splash guard works and keeps the splashes inside the disposer. It does require slightly more effort to get all the debris into the disposal.

Poorly Designed & Flimsy
Would Not RecommendNothing new, the baffle restricts water flow causing the sink to require more cleaning. The baffle itself gets filthy and cannot be cleaned with soapy water as suggested. The most disappointing aspect is that the company is well aware of the issue, they apologize, but make no improvements.

Much prefer old version
Would Not RecommendThis new version deadens sound by limiting water flow and using the pooling water in the sink to deaden the sound. I (like many of the other 1 and 2 star reviewers) much prefer the older version which allowed water to flow more easily and deadened sound by being a larger, sturdier, thicker, more solid (and longer lasting) product.
