Would Not RecommendI bought this as a gift for my 21 year old daughter . I am returning it because it is very hard for me to open and close it with the things on the side, and if I if those aren’t shut, the lid will be ajar). My husband and son could open and shut it but it just takes too much strength for my taste

Good little lunch cooler/foot rest/side table
Would RecommendI’ve had mine for 2.5 years and used it every single day as a lunch bag. I don’t have a fridge at my job and this kept my lunch cold until it was time to eat with an ice pack or 2 added. Only downside is the plastic strap holder thing just broke on me this morning….. after 2.5 years of heavy use. I literally use it as a side table and foot rest at work sometimes. I’m actually planning on buying another one, but the one I want isn’t in stock.

Twisted Strap
Would Not RecommendI received this cooler as a gift and the cooler part is great BUT the strap constantly gets twisted and it is VERY HARD to untwist. How can this be resolved?

Would RecommendThis cooler is SUPER cute and well made. The only reason I knocked off one star was because the latches on the sides are a little hard to open. I'm sure it will get easier with more use. Would recommend!

Only closes when locked!
Would Not RecommendI just purchased this cooler and haven’t used it yet. I noticed the lid will only completely close when the hinges are locked. Seems like a hassle to lock every time I open it and ice will melt quickly if it can only completely close by locking the hinges each time. Not sure if this is a design flaw or if I got a bad one so might be returning it since I haven’t used it. Disappointing because it’s so cute and I love the color.
