Not your average chisel
Would RecommendBought this because it looked cool. Thought it would work for my application. It didn’t. Then I was asked to rate the chisel I bought. That’s when I realized it was a brick chisel. Went straight outside and started chiseling brick with it. Let me just say it works great as a chisel. Not so well as a cake decorating tool.
Amazing tool!
Would RecommendPurchased this tool today to chisel out some bricks in an old bar. The chisel works just fine. The guard design is amazing! yes, it does slide up and down (cant slide it with just your hands), but even if it's at the top, you can still hit the metal chisel and keep going. The guard saved me from multiple hand strikes and is a "handsaver" I would reccomend to anyone with a big chisel job ahead of them.

Made cutting pavers easy!
Would RecommendWanted to try using this to cut pavers before I bought yet another saw blade or tool. Worked like a charm, scored the pavers (2.25inch thick) then slowly worked the chisel back and forth and snap, perfect cuts and made installing my pavers a breeze!
Chisel is a bit soft but not too bad
Would RecommendThe chisel worked fine for removing a brick platform that held a wood burning stove. The metal is a bit softer than an older chisel I was using but it mostly kept it's edge.i liked the guard a lot. I'm not a bad aim with a hammer but the guard let me really swing without worrying about hitting my hand.
Does it’s job
Would RecommendWorks great. Very solidly built and sturdy. I don’t think you could break this thing if you tried. I used it to pop up slate tiles and it worked flawlessly.
