Not a good replacement for wood stove doors.
Would Not RecommendVery disappointed with this gasket. My pellet stove takes a 5/8" round gasket, which means that there is another gasket on the inside of the gasket to keep it round. I found out that this is a 5/8" flat gasket after tearing apart the package, which is useless for any sort of wood stove doors. It might be okay for replacing the glass gaskets of a wood stove, but definitely not a door gaskets. Good gasket, but does let loose a lot of small fibers when handling it for the first time. Need to make sure you clean up the work area very well or you will have fiberglass particles all over.
