Great Idea just never could get it to work
Would Not RecommendCould never get it to work. Followed the wiring directions and troubleshooting directions, this remote just never would work. Wired the fan direct and now use the pull cords. Fan works great when wired direct.

Would RecommendGood customer service for a problem. The universal remote does not work for my Hunter fan whose remote is failing. The fan is nearly 30 years old and the wiring goes not allow for replacement of the remote. Customer service was helpful and quickly returned my purchase without requiring my item to be sent back. Sad it doesn’t work but they were very customer friendly.

Flaky light controls
it works, but light controls are poorly designed. fan has on/off and 3 speeds. the light control only has on/off which doubles as fader control. It drove me nuts trying to understand why the LED lights were so dim. eventually I finally figured out that the button. I also have no idea why they couldn't have built bluetooth/wifi into the control receiver. That's jelly bean stuff now.
