When I turned it on later in the day, one of the bulbs provided had already burned out and the fan has a low clicking noise as it turns. Motor quit working after 2 years
Would Not RecommendWe bought this fan fall of 2015 and it was installed by our builder. After 2.5 years it’s quit working completely. What a rip off. There has been no damage to the unit, had never been hit/knocked by anything. Sick that I have to replace something that should be able to last 10 years.

Had to return due to loose motor hang assembly
We purchased this fan for our larger family room that was a 9' ceiling. The size was perfect and installation was easy. The one aesthetic part I didn't like was the grommets in the fan blades cause a small gap between the blade and arm. Not a big fan of that, but not a killer. The problem came when we turned it on.
