Switch and Receptacle Combo

The switch cover and receptacle combo provides weather protection for a switch and GFCI receptacle. I gave the device a 4 out of 5 stars. I used a switch rated for 20 amps made by Hubbell. The switch toggle itself was apparently a little longer than a 15 amp switch and as such, the cover inhibited switch operation when tightened. 2-Gang cover for switch and recepticle

 Would Recommend

I bought 3 of these covers, need 1 more (my Baytown store ran out¬ restocked) the switch works smoothly and gasket appears to seal well. It was the cheapest cover with switch and receptacle cover that I could find.

flimsy

 Would Not Recommend

Was not strong enough. Wanted a metal one, which was not available. After installation switch lever bent drastically while operating switch. Returned it before it broke.

2-Gang Rectable Plastic Box Cover

It has not been installed but seems to be what I need and more. I love the fact that it has a turn on and off switch. Especially, because it will be installed for outdoor use and offers more protection during rain, etc.
