Would Not RecommendI was disappointed that the hinge is very sloppy on this Hubbell Electrical Box Cover. Because of that, the door easily gets hung up on the locking tab, preventing it from making a watertight seal when closed. Although one can easily push the door over to make it close properly, I installed this in a rental property and worry that people won't care enough to ensure it is closed after use, allowing water to enter. I will probably replace it with a reddot which is similar and the same price, but...
Not lasting long
After about a year of light use the weatherproofing seal has fallen off from under the lid. As the other reviewer pointed out - you'll need a set of tools to install this one.

Would Not RecommendDisclaimer: I am an 11-year journeyman electrician. I have used all kinds of brands of weather proof covers for exterior installations. The design of this product is poor. If you are not handy with tools or a weekend warrior you might not get the results you want. First problem: The gasket provided has a poor perforation to it, so when you try to pop it out for the device you are installing (receptacle, switch, etc...) the gasket runs the risk of tearing.
