Poor quality grates on top of stove
Would Not RecommendI'm not real happy with the stove. The grates that are on top of the stove that the pans set on are chipping away to the point that it's leaving indents, and the black is chipping off all over the stove! Im 65 yrs old, I don't want a high maintenance appliance! You need to improve the grates, the ones on the stove are very poor quality! After 3 days of using the stove the grates started disintegrating.

Management must be aware of poor customer servicebecause it seems there is no way a customer can contact headquarters to complain. The department called customer service, based on my experience is a waste of time and do their best not to transfer you to a supervisor. If your lucky to get a supervisor he might tell you, like I was told, to go to a store to get help. The order placed on line to save time ends up costing you many hours of yout time. UNACCEPTABLE!
