Would RecommendLove this stuff! It keeps my husband from asphyxiating me with all his noxious bug sprays in the house. This works very well. It kills about 90% of the insects we get in our house. (We live in the woods, so we get a lot of bugs.). This leaves no lingering fumes and does not seem to leave a stain on walls or fabrics.

This seemed to help kill the ones that were still moving but the best way to rid your cupboards of mites is to get rid of everything in your cabinet excluding canned goods, clean everything with a mixture of dish soap and vinegar then spray with Black Flag, wait till next day.
