The device functions properly, I purchased 9 units. However, my application requires WiFi and a thermostat that will read sub-freezing temperatures. After installing my cold environment thermostats, I discovered these thermostats will not read temperatures below 40 degrees. Research reveals many people are disappointed in this model of Honeywell thermostat for this reason. Would RecommendThe unit is great. It's precise and it is very reliable. I originally had the non-wifi unit. The wifi option is a tool that helps to save money. I have placed two of them in tenanted units and I make the appropriate adjustments considering the varying weather and outside temperature changes, including making the appropriate heat adjustments as required without having to enter their units. Really nice product
Would RecommendThe thermostat works well. I use it with my iPhone, which is very convenient. Rarely, it will disconnect from the wifi, but usually reconnects itself within minutes.
