Would RecommendWe are so pleased with this purchase. Not only is this island beautiful, it provides plenty of additional cabinet space and comfortable seating for two. Instructions for assembly are very precise and easy if carefully read. It is very heavy because of the granite inlay and two people are needed for some of the assembly and especially for lifting. Everyone comments about how beautiful it is. It looks like a custom built island.
Looks nice for the money
Would RecommendAn example of "you get what you pay for". This tv stand cost about twice what the lowest-end tv stands cost, but looks so much better. In fact, it looks much nicer than it is. This made-in-China number is put together with cam screws and cams. The back panels are thin, the bottom panel, at least, appears to be veneer covered particle board, the finish appears to be sprayed on, and it's not particularly sturdy. Very Disappointed!
Would Not RecommendVery disappointed in this product. Manufacturer sent incorrect pieces. Assembly was somewhat confusing and finished product looked awkward. Had gaps that could not be tightened as the pieces did not fit well together. Also very cheap looking. Had to return.
