Would RecommendOk all! I was cursing the heavens when I first applied this and let it set and rinsed per the instructions. I could not see a real difference at all. I was complaining to a friend later that day (ha), and went out to show her. To my suprise…after the water dries up it LOOKS amazing and cleaned just as advertised on a 10 year + deck. I am shocked. Definitely give this a try…and don’t be like me! Rinse and let dry and you will be shocked!!
The product itself work fairly well, but the spray applicator was disappointing and did not work well at all. I recommend using the product with a garden sprayer for more control of the application.
troublesome hose connection
Would RecommendI was excited about the ability to apply with hose connection to speed the application. It did reduce the time to apply to my deck by 75%. And the cleaning solution worked as well as what I have previously used. However, the spray is not even, putting more solution in the center, so difficult to get the edges of the area. Also, the washer in the female hose connector does not seal well, so fluid leaks out onto hands; fortunately, the fluid is water and not the cleaning solution (I hope). Whe...

Would Not RecommendJust used this today. For me it wasn't as described. I followed instructions to a T did not hose off all the dirt. The pressure on nozzle was less than my multi function hose nozzle. So broke out the garden hand sprayer and pressure washer (which I was so hoping not to use). Sprayed it on deck waited 10 minutes, then powered it off. Have a large deck so only did half. Will do other half tomorrow using bleach. That is all I could smell in this product.

Nice deck wash
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deck, fence and patio was by Mold Armor works well. We use this on our deck that we have never stained and want to finally spruce it up. We used this wash to get it good and clean and it was easy to use when hooking up with the hose and everything.

IT was easy to use and and to rinse off since it doesnt require any mixing, just spray, wait a few minutes and rinse.
