Barcode scanner not working
Would RecommendYour barcode scanner at the customer pickup center is not working and hasn't been working correctly for weeks. It is unable to scan the barcode, then prompts the customer to type in the order number. However, after entering it three times, it still can't find the order and I have to go to customer service and ask them to go get the products, then finalize the order pickup process.

Difficult to Use or User Error
Would RecommendI recently bought this product to repair some minor damage to a popcorn ceiling. Perhaps it was user error, but I did not find this product easy to use in a way that blended in well with the existing popcorn ceiling. I would recommend practicing on a piece of cardboard or something before using it in the desired location. However, I was pleased the product existed and found it to be better than nothing.

Get more than you think
Product is fairly good, and family members don't notice the patch job until I point it out. It's messy to apply, so definitely have a drop cloth. One star off because it says it covers 4sqf, but I found it covers only half that amount. Maybe I did something wrong, but I followed all the printed instructions, so maybe I missed something. Get 2-3x the amount you think you need, and return what you don't use.
