Hitachi-Metabo HPT tools
Would RecommendExcellent product. This is the third Hitachi tool I have owned and they all have been excellent tools. Portable air compressor is over 30 years old and still working fine. Cordless 18v drill is a year old and the new Metabo HPT 18v cordless hammer driver are both very powerful and meet all my expectations. Price was very reasonable. I will continue to buy Hitachi ( Metabo HPT ) tools in the future.

Great Power
Would RecommendI had a job that required me to drive 20 lbs of 3" screws into 2X4's. I did not want to put that kind of wear and tear on my cordless drill. I got this impact driver at Lowes because it uses the same battery as my drill and saw-z-all. More than enough power. The only drawback was the battery. It came with the 1815S. The driver had plenty of power but the battery did not last as long as I expected. I ended up using my 1815X batteries so I would not have to change batteries as often.
