Overall Im pleased with this product.

Terrible
Already on my second unit. The first failed within the warranty. The second unit just quit again. Did not last 4 months since receiving. The unit operates in probably the best environment possible and still fails. Just garbage. What a shame.

good workhorse dehumidifier
Would RecommendBought one in June of 2020 for our basement, hooked up the pump to the provided hose, all worked well until we got E9 error. Did a great job in basement while it worked. Product support asked for pictures, purchase receipt, and for me to cut the cord. They sent a whole new (refurbished) replacement unit. Great support. Be sure to save your receipt! Back up and running.

Large capacity, really works well!
Would RecommendProduct works great, but the water will not drain out of the hose like it’s supposed to.

Good Performance
Would RecommendWorked correctly right out of the box. Easy set-up. Love the Pump feature. Really too early to give a complete rating. So far it takes 4 gallons (32 pints) of water per day out of the air.
