Would RecommendThe key cutting machine did not duplicate this key properly. It would not work the lock. I returned it and the clerk recut it with the same result. Visually referencing the old key she used a file to reshape the new key. It worked in the lock where the first recut key still would not.

Would RecommendKey cutting is a bit of an art, the first try didn't work. The cut looked good, but didn't work. Without a blink, Lowe's refunded the money and then tried again. The second cut was perfect, opened the lock as smooth as the original key.
