It took more than 30 minutes for someone to help with the key cutting service, and the person that did come had to look for someone else to show them how to use the key cutting machine! That took another 10 minutes. The 2nd person seemed to be familiar with the old key cutting device and had to guess how to use their new one! After all that, the key did not work.
