Very sharp

Great size prep knife!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the bigger prep knife, but am not as impressed with the pearing knife. It wasn't as easy to cut with as the prep knife. But they are both great additions for the price!

Sharpest knife I own

New to Henckels knife Prep set

U don’t know how they will last in long run but as I hand washed the the handle seemed to fade in color :(. Knives do cut well for now… will see how they are in few months as we use them allot for variety of different cooking.
