Great tool!

I would use my knives way past the time the needed to be sharpened because I was too lazy to bring them to the sharpener at the Farmer's Market, so I was so happy to find this gem of a tool. Whenever I feel my knives getting a little dull, I can just pull this out and sharpened them right there in a minute or two so I now have no excuse to always have sharp knives!

Great for using on my german knives. I actually like this better than my honing steel because it keeps the knife at the right angle on both sides. A quick pass thru or two and my kitchen knives are ready to go, and cut perfectly!

Easy to use

I was so surprised how easy it was to use this sharpener. It is just as easy as pulling the knife through. Only downside is it only does German knives, so if you have any Asian knives you need the 4 stage sharpener. Otherwise, great option.
