This set is a great value, the knives are well balanced, not too heavy, super sharp and a great addition to my kitchen. I have since thrown out all my other knives! Great Starter Set

I finally decided to upgrade to a better set and bought these three to try out Henckels. A great purchase! The edges are sharp and the grip is good. The knives have a good weight to them also. I'm looking forward to using these knives!
