Customer service associate never acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. I finally found out how to pull my bar code up. In the meantime he was just standing there scrolling on his phone. I always have issues when I come to this store. I purchased a grill on 4/11 that still has not been assembled. The associates at the Stockbridge store are better.
