Would RecommendThe products were fine. If they had given me the item I ordered, it would have been great service. I still have not received my refund for the two switches I ordered through the app. The refund should have been done at the store level but has not been done to this day. So I am out however much it cost me for the two switches I bought. I will no longer shop at Lowe's because your customer service stinks. This did not last a year.
Would Not RecommendMounted this into a brand-new LED fixture less than 11 months ago and the bead chain itself broke inside the switch. The assembly cannot be dismantled so the only choice is to replace and rewire. This is not a quality product if the chain itself can't handle a year's worth of turning on and off.
