Great pool care product

Crystal Clear Pool Water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I tried HTH Alkalinity Up, my kids don't complain about their eyes burning, I also use the other HTH products too, keeps my swimming pool crystal clear and knowing that it doesn't irritate my eyes or skin is a must for me and my family. I definitely recommend using HTH for all your swimming pool needs.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product along with the DE filter aid and it worked great at clearing up my pool and bringing back the beautiful clear blue color to my pool. All without using the hard chemicals. Will definitely continue using this product.

Alkaline Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using HTH Pool Care Alkaline Up for about 2 weeks now! It seems to be working well! My eyes don’t burn and more when I am under the water! My pool has been the clearest it has ever been ! Very easy to use and store away! I definitely recommend trying it you won’t be disappointed!

Great product for pool owners

We have gotten multiple products to try to keep our pool in great conditions, but they have all not compared to this.

Works great with salt water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really easy product to use to instantly raise the alkalinity in my pool’s water. It’s compatible with my salt water system and dissolves instantly. I really like the 5 lb bag as I have a 10,000 gallon pool and it still goes a long way.

Got to brand for pool chemicals

I do not know what the alkalinity is for in a pool but when the little test strips say it is off then I adjust to the correct levels. HTH is my go-to brand for all pool chemicals because it is easy to find and easy to use for anyone. This says it is for keeping ph from fluctuations and maintenance for equipment and surfaces. I check my pool once a week and adjust it according to the test strip...

It's okay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked, but it seems like it didn't do much at all, it could be a bit stronger than it is, and it really has a weird smell to it. It needs improvement in a few areas before I would purchase more

Works well on my above ground pool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This HTH Pool Care Alkalinity Up works effectively, I applied and I was able to see the result the following day on my water tester kit. Before this one I was using baking soda to increase the alkalinity but it wasn't effective as this one. I have a 22ftx 12ft above ground pool with a 25000galon filter running 24/7. This product improved my water quality very fast. I have a clear pool now.

Need more learning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we got our above ground pool 3 years ago, I haven't been so lucky or can figure out how to keep the water from turning green. I do clean leaves out all the time before they drop into the bottom. At the moment, I am trying this pool care alkalinity and see how it works I hope that it will.

Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having some trouble with my pool chemistry with the pH and the alkalinity as one tends to affect the other. Using this has been great as it helps raise the alkalinity levels but at the same time, I've noticed the pH keeping steady. The chemicals seem mild on the skin and eyes too - haven't noticed any reactions since starting to use this.

HTH pool care

Of course with more kids / family over making sure our pool is healthy we only trust HTH products. We use Alkalinity Up to help balance all PH levels. The directions are easy to follow test your water at least twice a week, we do Sunday and Thursday if your below 60 use Alkalinity Up as instructed then back to the pool we go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] O highly suggest that you know how much to use for the size of pool you have. Make sure you ask what other chemicals can be used with this one. You want to make sure you mix too much to avoid cancelation of chemicals.

Life saver

Clear water, fast product
