Within 24 hours my water was crystal clear. I like that it is a multi-functional product that works well on algae, prevents bacteria and keeps my water clear and healthy with weekly usage. Great product!!

Shock is one of the most important things you can use for your pool. As it helps kills bacteria and helps prevent bacteria. Convenient and Works

Shock ME

We seem to get the same results as when we use higher priced shock products and we will be making the switch to HTH permanently. The packs are super convenient to use, basically once a week and we've been really happy with the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like HTH products and the shock seems to help alot on keeping all the chemicals balanced and helps keep it algae free and bacteria free. It doesn't leave a film like some does. I also like that it comes in 1lb bags so all I have to do is open it up and spread evenly in the pool. I would recommend

Excellent shock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our go to in pool care. We have a salt water pool that we use this shock in after high usage, a lot of rain, or an extended time with the pump off. We see results with 30 minutes with just one package.

Crystal clear water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. I have used this for some time now. My pool water is clear and beautiful. It takes care of any algae issues that appear. I open the package and pour into the pool while walking completely around the edge. I only put it in the deep end to prevent spots on the liner. I use three packs every six weeks. I highly recommend this product to keep your pool fresh and clean.

Easy to use in in-ground pool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use in an in-ground pool. After reading the instructions i went with the “dosing directly into the pool” method. There are 6 individual bags, I dumped one in, ran filter/skimmer as usual and in the morning it looked to be dissolved. I was just using this for regular shock maintenance, so I wasn’t trying to rescue a biohazard-green pool or anything, so for my purposes it was great. Would recommend!

Only Pool Shock I will use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With all the chlorine tablet shortages this year, had to use a different brand than normal and been fighting high stabilizer....so switching my pool chlorine to the HTH Ultra that is Calcium Hypochlorite based has finally brought stabilizer down and maintained proper chlorine levels.

It does an amazing job of controlling bacteria and preventing algae from forming. Just add one each week to your pool for a clean, clear pool.
