What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these deck screws for their Torx drive design, which prevents stripping even under high torque and repeated use—a stark improvement over Phillips-head alternatives. Most highlight the ability to drive easily without pre-drilling into pressure-treated lumber, decks, and fences, saving significant time and effort. The durable protective coating resists rust and deterioration after months of outdoor exposure, with reviewers reporting no signs of corrosion. Many describe them as excellent value and state they will repurchase. A few note occasional coating inconsistencies or wish for smaller sizes, but overall customers strongly recommend these screws for wood projects.

Grip-Rite deck screws
Would RecommendEspecially like the head of the screw and the bit that fits into it. That makes a good solid contact when putting the screw into the wood.

Deck screws
Would RecommendGreat screws . I have never stripped a head on these screws. I use them on all types of projects . Indoors & out. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is sometimes they get a little sloppy with the coating and the bit doesn't want to fit in the head properly.

Many screws have to much paint on the top. Makes it very difficult to get the bit in them
