When you go with a hex head screw you will NEVER return to a Phillips head, much better bite on the screw and virtually no stripped heads. The fact that they provider a driver bit with each box is a plus, BUT you are better off purchasing a DeWalt bit that fits right into your impact driver without an adapter. Always PRE-DRILL these screws with a pilot bit or you risk splitting the wood! Don't settle for the skinnier #9 screws. Get the green color, they look better in my opinion.
