Rusted Screws after 3 months
Would Not RecommendI recently completed a deck project using these screws. After 3 months, i noticed the area around each screw stained so i pulled a few out and all of them were rusted. I ended up removing 1700 screws and replacing them with stainless steel. I knew these would eventually corrode but i did not expect them to show signs after 3 months. Nothing bothers me more than doing something twice and spending a weekend and additional money on screws was quite frustrating. Suggest the extra $ on stainle...

Used on subfloors
Would RecommendUsed on subfloors to try and help get rid of squeaks and creaks. I offset these screws in between the original nails that were used originally. They grip and drive in easy.

Would Not RecommendThese are the worst screws I have ever used. They do don’t sink in well. The often strip the wood until the screw free spins. I doubt they will hold anything together for very long.

Glued & screwed
Would RecommendI made many trips for screws for my contractors. Several times I got the wrong ones. They did not like the new & improved version of the screws. I was always looking for a person to help me find the correct ones h they were so very helpful. These bite the wood, my contractors said whatever they did at company to improve them did them no favors. They said they would not dig into the wood the way they were supposed to. These were the preferred screws!
