When they arrived the packaging was so bad, the "envelope" they were in had torn apart and had holes on each end. As I picked the bag up they began to fall out onto my deck. I got them inside and counted them it was only 11 of the 16. Causing the contractor to have to pick up a few more before returning to my home. I called and the only remedy they had was to ...
